The Bronx Community Housing Initiative was developed through an unprecedented 3-year community engagement process, ensuring that every aspect of the project reflects the needs and aspirations of existing residents.

The development includes 1,100 mixed-income units alongside a community health center, a cultural arts hub celebrating Bronx history, and 15,000 square feet of local retail space reserved for neighborhood-based businesses.

Green infrastructure throughout the site — bioswales, green roofs, and a community garden — addresses the South Bronx's historical lack of green space while managing stormwater sustainably.
